Present are numerous views of miners standing proudly by their claims, including a charmingly-posed tableau of miners examining gold in a pan. There is a copy of this image in the Vancouver Public Library. That example is titled in the negative, "A good pan - $45.00." Also included are photographs of larger-scale mining operations; several birds-eye views of Alaskan towns; coastal scenes, including one of Juneau; main streets; and more.
