This large handbill advertises the opening of a fruit and vegetable store at 2805 Pasadena Avenue in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, run by one Y. Kuramoto, who assures the reader his establishment will be supplied with the best produce from his own farm. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the bill is the line which reads, “I am doing my part for the United States as I am supplying you best qualities of my own."
