The image is made up of five linen-backed photos which can be folded into cloth-bound boards for easy transportation. The clock in the photo is replete with sample advertisements for real products but seemingly non-existent businesses, such as Dot and Peg's Sweet Shoppe or Mme. X's Beauty Shoppe. Presumably, the salesperson would show this potential customers to showcase the clock's advertising possibilities.
