Examples include a sculptural scattering of tires, placed out to bake in the blistering desert sun, each observed for deterioration over a period of time; the steel “cone rupture” test, which the US Royal Air Ride tire endured “20 times without failure”; and one particular shot of two testing cars, one careening through a wooden barrier, due to the fact it was not equipped with U.S. Royal Tires, unlike the other which stopped far short of collision.
